I can ship worldwide.
Shipping terms updated. If you are interested in my product, let me know where you are buying from, so I can quickly calculate the shipping cost and add them to the price. So please don't pay me first until the cost is added up.
As with any other product, if you are allergic to any ingredient included in one of my products - do not use it.
* I reserve the right to postpone the shipping of my products due to weather conditions. We harvest collagens at open sea, when the weather is bad, fisherman will not harvest them.
* I only ship to the address that is recorded in the PayPal checkout form. Gift orders can be sent to someone other than to your own name and address IF that is the address that you put on the form AND put a little note in the box letting me know any relevant details.
I also have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason if the need arises.
I do use delivery confirmation on my packages so that I will know when your package safely arrives at your door.
I accept returns only if my product is unopened.
Please note:
Due to the nature of most of my products being harvested naturally, you cannot expect them to be without blemish or the same pattern with the previous purchase, I use some salt on the product to keep them in good condition, the white spots are not molds.
* Attention * INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
*Import duties, taxes and other such charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. I will do my best to check out the import fees (if there are any and let you know from my side too)
These charges are the buyer's responsibility so, Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be when you intend to buy any of my items (so that the small extras where applicable will be agreeable to you).
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
Also, know your local laws, and please do not order anything that is illegal to for you to import, meanwhile I will also make sure that the items listed in my shop does not violate general import laws so that it can be imported into most countries.
Privacy Policy:
You are safe to order from my store as I do not sell, rent or give out your information to 3rd parties.
The checkout process is on a secure server and although you may register to save yourself time when you come back, you do not have to register to order from my store.

I use PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card - you can just click the "dont have a paypal account? click here to pay by credit card." It's at the bottom left of the check out page.
